The Schwinn 230 Recumbent is a compact, sturdy, quiet and comfortable, stationary bike. I really like the comfortable handlebar position with the integrated heartrate monitors. Although I would not choose an stationary bike on price alone, I have found this bike to be an excellent choice at a great price. schwinn 230 exercise bike

The 6 preset programs, 16 quiet magnetic ECB resistance levels, transport wheels, that protect your floors and make this Recumbent easy to move and store, and front and lower handlebars for more variety in your exercise positions (with the heart rate grips on lower handlebars) are just a few of the many features that this Recumbent offers.
